It is the only village of the Park belonging the Molise Region (Isernia province) located at the borders of the Park, in the Mountain chain of the Mainarde. It is located on the top of a hill at the right hand of the Omero small river, at the eastern feet of Mount S. Angel, in an area reach of wood. It is linked by a short road to the bottom of the valley, with the state road of the Volturno Valley. It is ar eal picturesque and characteristic village.
